I am a regular indulgence customer and I am very happy with the service I receive. Julie does provide excellence in what she does. She is friendly, helpful and I am very satisfied with my massages as she works hard to provide me with a massage that meets my needs. When I book any appointment at Indulgence, I always request Julie where possible.

Julie the beautician is proficient, friendly, and knows what products and treatments will best suit your skin and age. I’ve been seeing Julie the last couple of years to help clear my congested skin. I love how upfront and honest she is. She’s very real about what will work and won’t work. Julie has been able to recommend products that have helped to clear breakouts, congestion, and hydrate my skin. She’s helped me create a weekly routine that works really well for me, including occasional facials to give me that glow. I absolutely adore her energy. The ambience, complimentary infused water, tea, and delicious choccies are an added bonus! Highly recommend ❤️

Lexa is an asset for any employer. If you want beautiful skin, go see Julie! I used to have acne scarring, uneven skin tone and really bad breakouts but Julie’s facials, LED treatments and skin needling has fixed all that. My skin now looks years younger. Thanks so much Julie!

I like the new treatment to your list of already great products I prefer attending Brandon Park more then The Pines which is more difficult for me to get to, even though Janet in my opinion is one of your best therapist in your organisation. Firstly, let me start by saying I have been a longstanding client of Your Indulgence Camberwell. I love the practice and ethos of your company. A few months ago I experienced a horrible dermatitis on my face for the first time in my life and thanks to Mel Keogh’s advice and treatment, this stubborn and nasty condition cleared up. Part of my ongoing treatment was a course of 10 Omnilux sessions within four weeks. Due to Mel’s personal commitments and the time scale of the course of treatments, she was unable to treat me on all 10 occasions. She suggested I book a couple of sessions with Siobhan as the Omnilux treatment by itself is relatively quick and simple. I know that Siobhan is a relatively new member of the team and so I was happy to ‘try her out’. She conducts herself professionally and gave a nice hand massage whilst I was under the light. For this reason, I decided to book in a one hour massage with her after a few weekends away skiing as it was well needed and I enjoyed it. I don’t usually book in one hour massages (other than those included in packages) as I am more skin focused, but my muscles were very tight and needed some extra TLC. If I feel the need for a full hour massage in future, I will definitely book Siobhan again. Finally, although your follow up email was in regards to my massage with Siobhan, I would like to give some feedback about Mel. I have never met anyone like her. She is one of the most professional people I have ever encountered in any business or trade. Her depth of product; skin and overall beauty knowledge is exemplary and her ability to unravel the often complex beauty terminology is very reassuring. I trust her completely. Since I’ve been a client, my skin regime has evolved immensely – I truly have no idea how my face/skin would be without it. In addition to this, her touch and skill in performing each treatment is second to none. She has to date, given the best relaxing massage I have ever had and this remains consistent on every occasion. Whether it be a facial, eyelash tint, lip wax or any treatment, she has always excelled. Mel has a warm and sincere nature that is comforting and her supreme love for what she does is evident. She truly a credit to not only Your Indulgence but the whole industry.

I can’t begin to explain the professionalism Alex showed me when taking care of me recently. I have been getting waxed for years but never has anyone taken the time out to explain the importance of homecare. Alex explained in depth how she performs her treatments. I’m very excited to come in for a facial in the next couple of days, which is my first with Alex. Again, I highly recommend her.
